BetNeptune trail report: one lift pass, three runs
BetNeptune splits its mountain into three runs of similar size: casino, live dealer and sportsbook, all paid from a single balance. ProgressPlay runs the platform underneath. Its terms are unusually clear on limits and on outside dispute help. We quote no welcome ticket, because no Canadian-dollar version could be confirmed on 6 October 2026. Registration is for the operator and your local rules to decide.

Three runs, one pass
Casino, Live and Sports sit side by side in the main menu. With one shared wallet, finishing a hockey bet and sitting down at a roulette wheel needs no transfer and no second login.
Pre-match and live markets fill the sports run, which includes a bet builder. The casino run is the broad ProgressPlay library, not a set of exclusives.
Avalanche rules
Cutting a deposit or loss limit works instantly. Raising one waits seven days before it applies, a sensible brake on decisions made late at night.
When a complaint stalls with support, the terms name eCOGRA as an independent dispute service that costs nothing to use. Save the chat log and ticket number.
Why the ticket window is blank
What we saw was a sports free bet, not priced in Canadian dollars. Rockies Play does not borrow sportsbook deals for casino tickets or invent Canadian wording, so no welcome is posted.
Good snow
- One wallet covers casino, live and sports
- Bet builder on the sports run
- Plain seven-day brake on raising limits
Watch for ice
- Casino library is the usual platform set
- No Canadian-dollar welcome we could verify
BetNeptune questions from the lodge desk
Does BetNeptune lean casino or sports?
Neither. The three sections get equal billing in the menu and share one balance.
When does a raised BetNeptune limit start?
Seven days after you ask. Lower limits start immediately.
What happens if BetNeptune support can't solve my complaint?
Its terms point to eCOGRA, an outside dispute service that is free to use.
